One of the most pessimist and heartbreaking performance, Stabat Mater is about the Mary’s pain when Jesus is crucified. Stabat Mater was composed by several musicians such as Antonín Dvořák (1876-1877), Joseph Haydn (1767), Franz Liszt (1862-1866), Giachino Rossini (1831-1841), Giuseppe Vedi (1896-1897) and Antonio Vivaldi (1712).
It is a pleasure to see live Antonín Dvořák’s Stabat Mater which was worked through the deepest pain that a mother could handle.
Antonín Dvořák, in full Antonín Leopold Dvořák was born in September 8, 1841 in Nelahozeves, a small Czech village on the Vltava river noth of Prague. Antonín Dvořák was born, the first of nine children and displayed his musical gifts at an early age, being an apt violin student from age six. With Bedřich Smetana, Dvořák was Czech composer to achieve worldwide recognition.
